KIANA
Kiana is our Front Desk Coordinator. She has a very challenging job where meticulous attention to detail regarding insurance verification and referrals is key. Her work is the first crucial step that allows our biller to forward the correct data to the insurance company resulting in an accurate and smooth billing process.
She is often the first point of contact for the office, and her smile, kindness and calm approach is much appreciated by patients and staff! She juggles a lot - answering phones - checking patients in and out - also while keeping an eagle eye on the insurance information.
She constantly looks for advancement and skill building opportunities. She has received intensive training on all of our products and facial procedures and is BLS certified. Prior to joining the practice she completed a program that accredited her as a Lash Technician. She plans on applying to an aesthetician program and becoming an aesthetician and building her Lash and Facial Clientele.
She lives with her boyfriend and dog, Zen and loves spending time with her family, traveling, dining out and taking long walks with her puppy.
